Kaspersky Lab uncovers Android spyware disguised as fuel-finder app stealing photos, documents and videos; over 1,000 users attempted downloads since mid-June
Kaspersky Lab has identified spyware that collects data from Android smartphones disguised as a fuel-finding application. Since mid-June, over 1,000 users have attempted to download such APK files, according to the company, which estimates the number of potential victims could be much higher.
